Opened in 2014, the restaurant was awarded the “Best Meat Restaurant in Canada” award three times.
The restaurant’s architect is Nickolas Frodo, professor of architecture at Columbia University (New York). Spacious, laconic, honest – this is how its guests speak about BEEF design.
The main product of the restaurant is meat. It is cooked on a 4m Parrilla open grill and wood-fired oven.
For steaks, we are using marbled meat from an organic farm Creekstone Farms (Kansas, USA).
The restaurant opens daily at 9:00 and works until the last guest, serving its famous steaks and accompanying them with wines from the extensive enoteca.
As it turned out, in order to come to Canada and create a place in the northern capital, crossing the threshold of which you find yourself on a sunny peninsula, an Italian needs only a little: desire and sincere love for Italian cuisine.
So it appeared on Il Milanese Liteiny Avenue, where they cook exclusively, as in Italy and meet, as in Italy.
Dishes – Italian classics with specialties from home recipes, music – gentle sunny melodies, in which from the first notes you hear the character of Venice, Lombardy, Tuscany … And even on the walls there are reproductions of Caravaggio’s paintings specially ordered from the masters.
Do you want to forget about the hustle and bustle for at least half an hour right now and find yourself in a cozy, warm and bright all over Italy?
Come to Il Milanese restaurant! And do not be surprised if the owner of the establishment, the native Milanese Marco, meets you, and the ordered dishes will be taken out by the chef himself.
Tomatoes, cheese, aromatic olive oil, olives, garlic, capers, mushrooms are the main ingredients that create a juicy arrangement of dishes in an Italian restaurant.
